Recruitment Consultant

Location: Cheshire
Salary: £21,000 to £30,000

Agenda Life Sciences has an exciting opportunity for an established recruiter to join our new office at Alderley Edge, Cheshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional recruitment consultant who enjoys working in a fast-paced sector with strong sales skills, motivated and ambitious to work as part of a successful team.

Agenda life sciences has established an extensive client and candidate base across the UK over the last 21 years and are looking for an experienced individual to set up a new desk.

Basic Requirements:

  • Experience within the pharmaceutical or scientific field of recruitment would be advantageous
  • A minimum of 3 years’ sales/recruitment experience
  • Ability to build clients relationships
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Be determined, proactive, focus driven, motivated and must enjoy a challenge of a busy role
  • Knowledge of current legislation relating to recruitment and employment law
  • Attraction of new candidates in order to fulfil requirements. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the growth of the division by winning new business and developing existing client relations
  • Attending networking events
  • Writing, placing, and monitoring advertisements, using job boards and social media
  • Carrying out candidate interviews and selling Agenda Life Sciences services
  • Working to targets
  • Identifying new ways of improvements.
