Project Lead – Bispecific Antibody

We have a brand-new opportunity for you to work at a global clinical-stage biotechnology company, who are committed to developing novel vaccines and biologic therapeutic candidates for infectious diseases as well as cancer and autoimmune diseases.

We are looking for a highly motivated project lead in the antibody discovery field. In this role you will lead your project team to design experimental strategies independently and deliver milestone of bispecific antibody project.

Basic Requirements:

  • PhD or equivalent in Cell Biology, Immunology, Molecular Biology or related field.
  • A minimum of five years industrial experience in antibody discovery field.
  • Strong experiences of leading teamwork.
  • Experience of routine molecular biology and cell biology methods.
  • Knowledge and experience in bispecific antibody discovery, immunology and related immunological assays is essential.
  • Extensive experience in bispecific antibody expression, purification and characterisation is essential.
  • Extensive experience in immunological assays such as ELISA, HTRF, FACS, high throughput screening assay and Biacore.
  • Excellent ability to write high quality integrated project proposals and project reports.
  • Good data recording, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude and good team leader.
  • Outstanding organisational skills, ability to prioritise, multitask and deliver project data on time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead bispecific antibody project team to provide decision-making data for therapeutic drugs discovery.
  • Applies extensive expertise in molecular biology, antibody engineering, expression and purification to facilitate the development of project milestone.
  • Design and perform multiple assay to screen, characterise and identify the developing candidate of bispecific antibodies.
  • Make decisions on project direction based on the findings from literatures and other resources to achieve project goals.
